• 2013 ARRC Thursday Point Series
  There were 95 runners and 10 walkers this Thursday. That is the largest turnout I can remember. Luke Upton beat his own course record of 14:56, which he set last week, with a 14:31. Eric Rheam held the record for the 12 and under age group since 8/3/83 with a time of 15:30.
  
  A big Thank You to Adam Sanborn from the Runners Forum store in Noblesville, for displaying some of the latest in running shoes, providing store discount cards and the door prizes. Thanks again Adam.

  The Walkers start at 5:30 P.M. and the Runners start at 6:00 P.M., at the Shadyside Activity Center off of Alexandria Pike.

• 2013 ARRC Road Series
  The 2013 Series schedule is set. There have been a few changes, so check it out.
  
  The next race is the White River Run on May 11th at Shadyside Recreation Area, 829 Alexandria Pike, Anderson Indiana.
  
  The Series continues in June with the Cheers to Your Health 5K Run/Walk, on Monday June 3rd (yes, it is on a Monday evening at 6:30 p.m.) in Middletown and the Pink Ribbon Rush 5K Run/Walk, on June 15th, in New Castle.

• ARRC Tent at the 500 Festival Mini-Marathon
  The big news at the ARRC tent, was that the overall race winner, Ethiopian Alene Reta, left his clothes bag with us. He felt confident that Wally and Cris would protect it.
  
  There were about 40 or 50 other runners and walkers that left a bag at the tent or just stopped in to say hello and discuss their results. Congratulations to all of you and I hope to see you Saturday, May 11th at the White River Run. Alene, we will reserve a spot for you at the starting line.
  
  
  
• 2012 ARRC Awards Presentation and Annual Meeting
  On Saturday, February 2, 2013 we held our annual meeting.
  

  There were a few changes in our club leadership. Angie Fulp, Carolyn McKinney and Steve Fulp resigned from their positions. • 2012 ARRC Tuesday Fun Run Awards Presentation
  There was a great turnout at Mounds State Park for the Awards Presentation. We did not have any leftover pizza or chips.
  Check the We Are Roady Facebook site for a list of trophy winners.
  
  
• 2012 ARRC Christmas Party
  "Thanks everyone for coming to our Annual Christmas Party. It was great seeing everyone...and enjoying all the yummy food. Hopefully everyone had a good time. Congrats to our new Mounds State Park pass winners: Kimberly Heath/Brian Rayl. Also thanks to everyone that helped clean up. I know we all appreciated the help afterwards. • 2012 ARRC Thursday Point Series
  September 27th was the last points race for the 2012 Season. Check the final points and let us know of any errors. The awards will be given out at the Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet in February 2013.
