2012 Annual Business Meeting and Awards
Banquet Saturday, February 4, 2012.
Lodation: Wray Jean's
Church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints: 200 West
46th Street (just west off of Main Street).
Doors open at 6:00, Dinner at 6:30, Business
Meeting at 7:00 with Awards to follow. Special Drawings will cap the
evening. Please bring a side dish and/or dessert, and your own
beverages. Table service & entrée provided. Come join us for an
evening of fun with friends, great
food, & Awards. (Club members only are eligible for drawings. If you
have a family membership, then your whole family is eligible.) All
family members are welcome and encouraged to attend. We are hoping
for a great turn out, we want to see you there!
- 2011 ARRC Thursday Point Series
The 2011 Points Series is complete.
Please check the results for any errors.
The final 3 Thursday social runs will be at Mounds State Park,
starting at 5:30 PM. These runs will follow the Run the Mounds
course, 5 miles for runners, 5K for walkers. Meet at the Woodland
Shelter.

There was a great turnout for this race. The
unofficial count was 93 runners and walkers, a record attendance for
the race. It was great to have all the younger runners come
out to join us.
Thank you Greg and WrayJean for scoring and organizing the race. A
special thanks to Sherry for providing the post race treats. I hope
you continue to recover from your injuries.

- 2011 Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet
Despite the snow and icy roads, there was an excellent
turn out for the Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet. Carolyn McKinney is
our new editor. All other officers are returning for another year.
The next Pacer will have more on the meeting. Watch the Club's Facebook
